Pia's horse riding again

After many month of waiting, finally Pia has got back on the horse at Riding for the Disabled Association.
She enjoys the interaction with the horse and tries to get her body balanced as much as she can, but still need a lot f support.















On the initial ride, we had to make little adjustments while Pia was riding to get her to balance properly and make it as comfortable as possible.

We had to settle with a Rugby Headgear instead of a proper horse riding helmet, as it was too heavy for Pia to keep her head up, see how Pia's got the head up and looking around

Then it was fun time for Pia, she had a great time on the horse, around the track and even for a short Bush Walk.


It has made one of her Child Care days a bit shorter for Pia, but I'm sure she wouldn't mind.
